Is everything new?

Yes. Our items are new department-store stock, in the original box or packaging, unless the listing says otherwise. Boxes may show light shelf wear from the store.

Where do your items come from?

We buy store stock through official department-store liquidation channels.

Are you an authorized retailer?

No. Medina & Co. is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with the brands we carry.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within 2 business days from California. Shipping cost is shown at checkout, and tracking is emailed to you.

Can I return an item?

How do I know the size is right?

We match the size on the box to the size inside the item before every order ships.

When are your live shows?
